Service One was excellent. They came out on a Sunday to track down why I was using so much water. It turned out my water softener had an issue; the technician bypassed the water softener until I can get the water softener company to come out. I was bracing for a potential slab leak, since my water bill more than quadrupled. It was a pleasant surprise to have an easy fix that was identified in a matter of minutes.
