Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service
ORLANDO, Fla. – For the sixth consecutive year, ServiceOne of Orlando has earned the service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award, reflecting an exemplary year of service provided to members of the local services marketplace and consumer review site in 2015.
“While we’ve grown a lot in the past 12 years, our number one goal continues to be to provide our customers with honest, friendly and reliable service day in and day out,” said ServiceOne founder and owner, Bill Gouty. “And, while this is our standard procedure around here, it is always nice to be recognized by such a reputable industry leader as Angie’s List.”
Known for its honest reviews from real users, Angie’s List provides ratings in more than 720 home repair and health categories. “Only about 5 percent of the AC & Plumbing companies in Orlando have performed so consistently well enough to earn our Super Service Award,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “It’s a really high standard.”
Angie’s List Super Service Award 2015 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade, and review period grade; the company must be in good standing with Angie’s List, pass a background check and abide by Angie’s List operational guidelines.
Founded in 2003, ServiceOne is a locally owned and operated air conditioning, heating, and plumbing company. Service one repairs, services and maintains all makes and models of air conditioning, heating, and plumbing equipment and fixtures. The company’s team of experts can also upgrade, replace, or install new air conditioning and heating equipment.
“We invite anyone in Central Florida who is seeking a friendly and competent air conditioning, heating and plumbing service company to give us a shout at Service One,” said Gouty. “I am sure we will provide the best maintenance and/or installation services you can find. Angie’s List, and our customers, honored us with a Super Service Award for good reason!”
