Mr. Gouty, we were extremely satisfied with our entire contact with your company. We were recommended by a friend. Jason showed up on time and worked diligently to correct our problem, going so far as to stop on his way home. When the "fix" didn't do the trick, he was very efficient in undoing the procedure and letting us know what our options were. You were extremely kind in refunding our expenses for the parts and labor that didn't work. Jose and Hernan arrived punctually and worked alld ay to replace our system. Ther were professional but friendly. They worked well together and were willing to answer our questions. You could tell by their attitude that they were there to do a good job, not just a quick job so they could leave. When they were finished they explained what they had done and explained how to set the thermostat. Every inch of our hall, backyard and drively was cleaned up. You would not have known that construction had taken place. We felt comfortable having these two men in our house. Thank for running a company that has integrity and for hiring people with integrity. So Monday night I am sitting with a broken AC unit that is 13 years old and wondering what hotel I can mote to for the next week while I get someone to replace the system. You shoed up at 7:00am and told me that you would have a new system in by 6:00pm that evening and actually did it....amazing!

 

The guys you sent out were careful and conscientious about their work. When they finished they had a drainage issue that was there for the past 13 years. They talked me into correcting it and doing it the right way...which meant another hour of work for them.
