AC was blowing warm air; Justin, the tech, figured it out in about 5 minutes. It was a bad capacitor. Repair cost was reasonable, and he finished up in short order.

ServiceOne did an outstanding job of replacing the fan motor in the condenser outside. They were contacted yesterday morning, and this morning Justin came out to take a look. Justin provided outstanding service, and I would recommend him to anyone. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem in 20 minutes and found an OEM replacement motor in Orlando, so he went into Orlando to pick up the motor and came back to replace it. This was a high priority because of two small children in the house, one of which was a newborn baby, and the cold weather we have had made it a serious concern. I would highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC systems.
