I had the privilege of having Will Althen service our A/C unit yesterday on a last-minute emergency call. Service One took my call at 3 PM and had Will at my house by 4:15 PM, which was impressive. He replaced the capacitor with a U.S.-made one, checked the Freon levels, replaced the cap valves, and thoroughly inspected the wiring. Great technician and a solid overall experience. I will definitely use them again if needed.
