He found the water leak in no time and was able to get it fixed very quickly. They even offered us a military veteran discount, as my husband is a disabled veteran.

ServiceOne AC has been my go-to for HVAC needs. I always get super nice, professional service techs. They are very efficient and always do a great job. AC was blowing warm air; Justin, the tech, figured it out in about 5 minutes. It was a bad capacitor. Repair cost was reasonable, and he finished up in short order.

ServiceOne did an outstanding job of replacing the fan motor in the condenser outside. They were contacted yesterday morning, and this morning Justin came out to take a look. Justin provided outstanding service, and I would recommend him to anyone. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem in 20 minutes and found an OEM replacement motor in Orlando, so he went into Orlando to pick up the motor and came back to replace it. This was a high priority because of two small children in the house, one of which was a newborn baby, and the cold weather we have had made it a serious concern. I would highly recommend them to take care of your HVAC systems.
