Placed a service call to have a tech check out a clogged drain line. We tried fixing it ourselves, but it didn’t work. DeeDee called me to schedule the appointment same day and Jonathon Rivera arrived early after clearing it with me. He was super professional and knowledgeable, giving me all the facts on my system that I needed to know. I actually requested a project manager visit my house to quote a full replacement, despite Jonathon getting our AC up and running again just because the current unit we have is very old and in bad shape. Will update if we decide to take this route. Overall, very pleased with how Jonathon handled everything and I felt the pricing was very fair. I work in a very similar field and nothing he said surprised me, especially when it came to cost. I recommend this company and love how they send a picture of the tech before their arrival. Payment also takes place at the time of repair and it makes the entire process very smooth.
