I want to share the great experience we had with Service One. Our garbage disposal stopped working and we needed it to be looked at. We had used Service One in the past, so we called them out to take a look. Kurtis contacted me within the scheduled window and told me he would be over shortly. He arrived just a bit later and looked at the faulty disposal. We tried to turn it on and Kurtis showed me a slight puff of smoke coming from the disposal. He gave me options including replacing the unit. He explained what he was doing while he replaced the unit. He cleared out the items under our kitchen sink and laid some towels out in case there was any water leakage. He ran the unit several times once installed to ensure everything was working and running properly with no leaks. Upon finishing the install, he cleaned everything up and put all the items from under the sink back in place. Very pleased with the completed project and the great customer care.
