Dear customers of ServiceOne,
As many of you know, Mayor Demmings and Mayor Dyer have asked for all non-essential
travel and non-essential work to stop. This will commence as of 11 p.m.
on Thursday March 26th.
These are difficult times in our country, state, and community. ServiceOne
is in full support of taking all the necessary measures to keep our community
safe. The safety and health of your home and business are paramount. This
is the reason we serve you, our customers.
We are listed as an essential service, and we are still repairing plumbing systems, clearing backed up drains,
maintaining home comfort systems, repairing AC systems, and installing
AC & Heating systems as requested or needed. We also have a full line
of indoor air quality products that any of our technicians can help you
with as well. Many of these products are proven to kill bacteria and viruses
in the air and on surfaces in your home.
As we stated in our earlier email, our team in the field is taking all
of our safety protocols very seriously to protect you and themselves.
Our office is monitoring all of our staff to make sure that if anyone
is at all sick, they stay home. We are practicing social distancing with
all of our team, and those we come in contact with. Our vendors have gone
to extraordinary measures to protect our customers as well. They have
socially distanced from our techs when we pick up supplies. They have
also done this when they deliver to our warehouse so that you can have
confidence in the parts, supplies, and equipment that we bring to your home.
So, we are continuing our operations. When you need us, we will be there!
Because for you, we are essential. We thank you for choosing us, and are
here for you 7 days a week!
Stay healthy,
Billy Gouty
