ORLANDO, Fla. (October 8, 2014) – Family owned and operated, Service One AC is proud to announce the opening of new location in Orlando at 4556 36th Street, just south of downtown.
Founded in 2003, Service One repairs, services and maintains all makes and models of air conditioning, heating, and plumbing equipment and fixtures. The company’s team of experts can also upgrade, replace, or install new air conditioning and heating equipment.
“Between AC and plumbing services, business has been really good. So, we decided we needed a second location from where we can dispatch our technicians,” said Bill Gouty, Service One founder and president. “Our new location at 36th Street will service customers from downtown Orlando, south to Kissimmee.”
Service One is known throughout Central Florida for installing and servicing air conditioning systems; over the past few years they have also built a strong local reputation for plumbing repair and service
“With the economy on an upswing, people are upgrading their home’s infrastructure, which includes plumbing and air conditioning,” said Gouty. “We feel it is a good time to expand since our customers are coming to us from all over Orlando. It is also nice to be able to add to the local economy by hiring new staff.”
