I have used this company on two occasions. Each involved different people and plumbing technicians. On both occasions all of the people I dealt with were exemplary. They were patient, accomodating, and professional. I had no complaints. I will use them in the future whenever possible.read more

They came out same day and installed several parts. I have to say they are very expensive. We had a brand new, never used, just purchased motor that cost about $65.00 and they would not use it. I understand that but to charge more than $500.00 for the exact same motor installed, is over the top in my opinion.read more

I called to make an appointment, it was scheduled and then rescheduled because there was a conflict per the rep. Okay, no worries. On the day of my appointment I was called for a credit card that is now required to be on file to ensure payment after service. I wasn't told this during either of the calls made to schedule my appointment. The tech never showed up and when I called I was told it would probably be best to reschedule as the tech was still at another appointment...isn't that the purpose of a 2 hour window? Why was I not contacted at any point during the 2 hour window? I called after the 2 hours and no tech and was told he would be on this way soon. Five minutes later they called me back and said I should probably reschedule. A complete waste of time, no service or apology for the multiple inconveniences.read more

As a previous employee, I can assure you that finding a more ethical and moral company would be almost impossible. We actually had meetings on how to better serve our clients. That may sound like a given in the service industry but it’s so rare these days. The culture there is one of constant improvement in every avenue. In my 20 year career, I have not worked for a company that cared more about the client. I moved out of state a year ago. I don’t miss Florida but I do miss this company. If you are looking for honest and fair, this is the company for you.read more

This company installed a new AC unit last September. I loved my experience and they were on it in every way. The crew was super nice and efficient and cleaned up well after the installation.The follow up tech, John was so nice and informative. There was a little glitch recently and they came right away even on the weekend and fixed it and made sure there were no other issues. Then a repair company they have, Joe and his helper came over asap and did an amazing job cleaning up very nicely where there was a leak... and no expense to me. I get that sometimes there can be a problem with anything. This is a trustworthy company that your going to want to do business with. If you have any issues they are going to be right on it!!. Everyone I've dealt with has been wonderful.read more
